Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and capable of maintaining a healthy/safe work environment.
• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batch dishes using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May oversee production staff, train, and assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties as assigned per client needs.
