Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years of related cook experience.
• Ability to follow complex recipes.
• Oversee production staff as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot/cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary techniques.
• Possibly train and supervise production staff.
• Attend shifts on time with reliability and flexibility.
