Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician III for the second shift at a high-volume grocery fulfillment and distribution center in Minnesota. You will diagnose, repair, and prevent breakdowns on automated conveyors and related equipment, while ensuring safe operations and data-driven maintenance reporting.

Bring 4+ years of MHE experience, strong blueprint skills, CMMS use, and PLC familiarity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years in preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years using a CMMS system.
• 2+ years with PLC programming.
• Experience leading/training junior technicians and vendor management.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules; second shift 2:30pm–11:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems; install and service control components.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Support: Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
• Communication: Maintain positive relations across the operations facility.
