Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on conveyors, sortation, and AS/RS equipment. You will troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, and electric/mechanical systems while using CMMS to track work orders and spare parts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with automated conveyors, and technical certification or an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards per OEM and safety standards.
• Minimum 3+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in a distribution or fulfillment center.
• 2+ years with automated conveyors and repairing MHE preferred.
• Technical certification and an associate degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with basic trades and troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480v.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, and AS/RS.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems; plan and implement corrective actions.
• Use CMMS to track work orders, log maintenance, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Create maintenance schedules and manage work orders electronically; learn controls programming and troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime; assist with installation of new equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and other departments for efficient workflow; perform safety inspections and adhere to OSHA standards.
