Job summary

Omilia seeks a Senior AI Delivery Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade voice and conversational AI solutions on the Omilia platform. You will translate CX requirements into production-ready implementations and guide the technical direction across client engagements.

You will design, deploy, and optimize IVR/IVA workflows, integrate GenAI capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering conversational AI, IVR or IVA in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on design and deployment across voice channels.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js for integrations and automation.
• Experience with Omilia OCP, SIP/CTI, and omnichannel APIs.
• Knowledge of GenAI, RAG, embeddings, and LLM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery quality from design through go-live.
• Act as the primary technical contact for client engagements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal accelerators.
• Collaborate across delivery, product, and platform teams.
• Research and apply advances in conversational AI and GenAI tooling.
