Empower LLC seeks a senior product leader to define and drive its conversational AI and digital servicing strategy. You will own the end-to-end development of AI-powered customer experiences, seamlessly blending intelligent automation with human support to resolve everyday needs.

You will lead a high-impact product organization, collaborating with Technology, Design, Data, Risk, Sales, and Compliance to deliver scalable, meaningful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in consumer digital products, defining strategy and scaling.
• Experience launching AI-powered products or platforms at meaningful scale with modern conversational AI.
• Exceptional problem-solving, turning ambiguity into executable plans and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define Empower’s conversational AI strategy and product vision across AI, servicing, and human escalation.
• Create seamless AI-to-human experiences without losing context.
• Turn strategy into a focused roadmap, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term capabilities.
• Build AI-powered experiences at scale by partnering with tech, data, design, and risk teams.
• Lead and evolve foundational digital servicing capabilities across Empower’s customer relationships.
