Job summary
Omilia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise and mid-market implementations of our conversational solutions for contact centers in the US. You will coordinate across engineering, solutions, professional services, and customer success while managing client relationships end to end.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of customer-facing PM experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex IT/software projects using PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile
Qualifications
- 8+ years of customer-facing Project Management experience delivering enterprise or mid-market IT/software projects.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability for technical and organizational issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior client stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional and cross-departmental teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise and mid-market implementations, from scoping to go-live and closure.
- Serve as primary client contact to support renewal and expansion.
- Coordinate between engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, and support to keep delivery on track.
- Prepare and present status reports and metrics to leadership and clients.
