Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record deploying production AI systems.
• Deep expertise with LLMs, agentic AI architectures, NLP and Claude.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production‑grade AI solutions powered by LLMs, AI agents, and conversational AI.
• Architect and implement AI infrastructure, orchestration layers, and evaluation frameworks.
• Build scalable backend services and AI pipelines on AWS.
• Integrate Claude and other LLM technologies into enterprise applications.
• Establish AI quality metrics, testing frameworks, observability, and continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into existing products.
• Mentor engineers through hands‑on leadership and technical execution; champion agentic practices.
