Omilia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise and mid-market implementations of our conversational solutions for contact centers, coordinating across engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, and customer success teams to keep deployments on track.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of customer-facing PM experience, strong knowledge of Conversational AI, and proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing PM experience on enterprise IT/software projects.
• Experience with Conversational AI / Agentic CX space.
• Deep understanding of CX technology and CCaaS/CPaaS landscape.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management.
• PM methodologies: PMP/PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and mid-market implementations end-to-end.
• Coordinate across engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, and customer success teams.
• Manage client relationships to support renewal and expansion.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation across engagements.
• Prepare status reports and metrics for leadership and clients.
