Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Conversational AI Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering experience and deep expertise in LLMs, agentic AI, and enterprise AI applications. You will define strategy, architecture, and best practices for scalable, secure conversational AI systems and reusable development platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale conversational AI in production.
• Deep expertise with modern LLM APIs and models such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Llama, or Mistral.
• Strong experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong programming skills in Python and building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Experience implementing RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration pipelines.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, model monitoring, observability, Responsible AI, and governance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale conversational AI applications powered by LLMs.
• Define prompt engineering standards and reusable libraries for enterprise AI.
• Architect agentic AI workflows, multi-agent systems, and RAG solutions.
• Build scalable evaluation frameworks for quality, latency, and UX.
• Develop reusable SDKs and developer tooling for AI apps.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Implement safety, governance, and compliance practices for enterprise deployments.
• Optimize LLM performance and inference efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and establish AI architecture standards.
• Evaluate emerging LLMs and AI technologies to drive platform improvements.
