Job summary

Verizon is seeking a highly skilled Conversational & Agentic AI Architect to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade conversational AI and multi-agent solutions within a Consulting organization. This role demands hands-on technical architecture and a product-led engineering mindset spanning speech science and Generative AI.

You will consult with customers to craft dynamic, multi-turn experiences, integrating complex backend systems while managing advanced NLU and LLM models.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python/JavaScript with experience in AI/ML tooling.
• Expertise in building scalable conversational AI architectures.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain complex conversational flows with modern AI.
• Lead LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluations.
• Tune STT/STS and extract critical data from speech.
• Integrate agents with third-party APIs and databases via serverless backends.
• Benchmark ROI and monitor logs to drive improvements.
• Travel up to 25%.
