Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Senior Content Designer to partner with a leading healthcare-focused organization in Chicago. You will shape conversational interfaces, voice, and IVR content to improve accessibility and user experience.

You will collaborate with product, design, legal, and analytics teams to deliver clear, compliant content that drives user satisfaction and business impact. A strong portfolio and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content design, content strategy and UX writing.
• Portfolio showcasing accessible, scalable conversational experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including researchers, editors, and legal/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for conversational experiences, including dialogue flows, prompts, error messaging, and navigation.
• Collaborate on content strategies and information architecture with brand, research, and legal teams.
• Work with product designers, PMs, developers, and legal experts to deliver cohesive conversational solutions.
• Audit and inventory existing content to improve quality, accessibility, and standards.
• Refine content based on analytics and testing to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
