Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Custom Equipment Programming Group (CEPG) Controls Team Supervisor to guide the Controls team while continuing to perform controls work. You’ll lead, mentor, and coordinate the work of Controls Technicians, helping the team complete projects on time and to Marvin specifications.

You’ll collaborate with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to integrate sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment. Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Project management skills and ability to meet timelines.
• Strong communication, training, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Controls Technicians and coordinate project work.
• Collaborate with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to integrate automated equipment.
• Research, install, test, and optimize automation control systems for efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues.
