The Senior Controls Engineer at Körber Group will design control systems, deploy PLC code (Rockwell GuardLogix, Siemens TIA Portal) and develop HMI interfaces for material handling systems. You’ll test, troubleshoot on-site during commissioning and collaborate with Electrical and Mechanical engineers to meet project requirements.

We expect a bachelor's in Electrical or Controls Engineering, 7+ years in material handling, and ability to travel up to 40%.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field is required.
• 7+ years in material handling or similar industry; Master’s with 5+ years may be considered.
• Experience with Rockwell GuardLogix and Siemens TIA Portal; Ethernet/IP network knowledge; HMI programming understanding.

Mansioni

• Develop control system designs and PLC code for material handling systems.
• Develop and test graphical user interfaces for HMI.
• Collaborate with Electrical and other engineering disciplines on network architecture and design development.
• Lead and mentor controls engineers on large, complex projects.
• Support project manager on scope, schedule, and budget; identify changes and mitigate risks.
