Job summary
RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in the southwest suburban Atlanta area. The role focuses on troubleshooting, programming, and integrating automation systems in an Allen-Bradley PLC environment.

Qualifications
- Four years of technical education or degree, or two years of technical education with related work experience.
- Prefer at least 5 years as a controls engineer, but consider 2+ years with relevant experience.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC environments is required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot, program, and integrate equipment and automation systems.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on equipment from 24V to 480V.
- Provide controls engineering expertise for projects including design, wiring, and commissioning.
- Lead projects and coordinate activities with internal teams and external vendors.
- Prepare technical reports, FATs, and documentation for controls activities.
- Maintain compliance with OHSA/ESG safety standards and internal policies.
