Barry-Wehmiller Design Group is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to join our Control System Integration Practice in the US. You will develop automation solutions, design control systems, and program PLC/SCADA technologies for industrial manufacturing clients, with travel as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical engineering or similar.
- 8+ years of controls engineering in automated manufacturing.
- Experience with PLC/SCADA and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley.
- Ignition experience preferred.
- UL508A panel design knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience in engineering/consulting environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop automation solutions for high-speed manufacturing processes.
- Design automation control systems and provide project documentation.
- Diagnose automation problems and interface with clients and vendors.
- Configure software/hardware per client design specifications.
- Program PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Rockwell) and HMI/SCADA systems.
- Manage project deliverables, schedules, and site startup.
