Job summary

Metasys Technologies seeks a Senior Controller to lead the accounting department and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, internal controls, and timely financial reporting.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and both internal and external statements, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. As a key member of the Executive Leadership team, you will craft policies and manage the accounting systems and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
• CPA designation is required.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and financial reporting to the parent company and SEC filings.
• Own compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and reporting deliverables.
• Develop budgets, forecast cash flow, and manage financial planning.
• Oversee audits with independent auditors and improve accounting processes.
• Mentor the accounting team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
