Concurrent Technologies Corporation in Johnstown, PA is seeking a Controller (Senior Director) to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Accounting Department, overseeing all accounting functions, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with executive leadership and the CFO, drive process improvements, automation, and ensure financial integrity through GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field with 12+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including at least 5 years in an accounting leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to lead large teams or multiple functional areas and manage complex projects.
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and government contracting regulations (FAR, CAS, DCAA, Uniform Guidance).

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Accounting Department, overseeing all accounting functions, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Oversee the monthly/quarterly/annual close and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Direct external financial audits and major tax/regulatory filings, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Lead finance process improvements, automation, and ERP system enhancements to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Mentor senior finance leaders and partner with CFO and executive leadership on strategic decisions.
