TEKsystems seeks a Controller to lead the accounting department for a multi‑billion revenue organization with global reach. You will oversee month‑end closes, intercompany accounting, consolidations, and GAAP compliance, while developing a high‑performing team and partnering with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include multi‑currency accounting, external audits, and supporting Oracle Fusion implementation.

Formación

• Accounting degree required; CPA or MBA a plus.
• 8+ years of general ledger and financial reporting experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience, including managing managers.
• Experience with intercompany eliminations, consolidations, and international entities.
• Strong technical GAAP foundation.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily activities of the accounting department with emphasis on the balance sheet, intercompany settlements, eliminations, and consolidations across domestic and international entities.
• Ensures proper accounting treatment of intercompany activity and allocations with subsidiaries to meet GAAP and internal controls.
• Maintains timely, accurate monthly close with no material surprises to leadership.
• Reviews and analyzes account and bank reconciliations and escalates issues.
• Supports monthly close and financial statements per policy and GAAP.
• Manages multi-currency accounting including revaluation, translation, and FX risk.
• Supports parent company reporting and external audits.
• Educates and develops accounting staff; invests in team growth.
• Assists with Oracle Fusion implementation.
