This role supports budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and both internal and external reporting, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. The Controller will oversee policy documentation, maintain fiscal integrity, and participate on the Executive Leadership team to drive continuous improvement and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
• CPA designation strongly preferred; requires deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads the accounting organization including monthly close and financial reporting.
• Prepares financial reports for parent company and SEC filings.
• Ensures compliance with GAAP and internal controls; maintains fiscal records and regulatory compliance.
• Develops budgets aligned with department plans and monitors expenditures.
• Collaborates with Treasury on cash flow forecasting and capital planning.
• Oversees IT strategy for accounting systems and manages multi-entity accounting structures.
• Mentors accounting staff and fosters cross-functional partnerships.
