P & A Administrative Services, Inc. is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting and controllership functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records under U.S. GAAP.

Reporting to the CFO, you will guide the accounting team and act as a key financial partner to senior leadership. The role covers close processes, internal controls, audits, treasury, and financial systems while driving process improvements, acquisitions support, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience including leading a corporate accounting or controllership function.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience researching complex accounting matters.
• Experience designing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and controllership activities, including general accounting, financial reporting, AR, AP, cash management, and internal controls.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and strong internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Serve as technical accounting resource for significant transactions and complex matters.
• Lead annual financial statement audits and coordinate tax and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee cash management and treasury activities; manage financial systems and technology.
