Job summary

Syneron Candela is seeking a motivated Corporate Controller to lead the accounting function, oversee global financial reporting, and ensure governance across regions. You will drive internal controls, coordinate audits, and partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into financial actions.

Ideal candidates bring a CPA, 10+ years in big four or multinational settings, and strong Oracle ERP experience, with a track record in US GAAP and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• CPA with Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and strong technical accounting knowledge.
• 10+ years combined public accounting and multinational corporate experience, including global teams.
• Familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS and SOX, ERP systems, and external reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting function and direct all financial reporting activities.
• Manage corporate financial statement consolidation and internal controls.
• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and ad hoc reports for executives and the board.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax & Treasury, and General Counsel across regions.
