Job summary

Kilgore Flares Company LLC seeks a seasoned Controller to oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. The role includes managing AP, AR, PP&E, inventory, budgeting, and compliance with GAAP and IFRS.

You will lead month-end close, cash forecasting, and audits, while partnering with the CFO and global finance teams. Manufacturing focus, ERP experience (Microsoft D365) and Kronos knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in government contracting preferred with strong internal controls.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements and inventory costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, PP&E, inventory, budgeting and time reporting.
• Oversee weekly cash forecasting and monthly close with accurate reconciliations.
• Provide timely reporting to corporate parent and maintain ERP data integrity.
• Develop and improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Manage inventory costing, labor valuation and annual physical counts.
