Job summary

Kilgore Flares Company LLC seeks a qualified Controller to oversee accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and drive accurate financial reporting across GAAP and IFRS frameworks. You will lead cost, inventory, and budgeting activities, and partner with the CFO on forecasts and annual plans.

The role requires manufacturing experience, budgeting expertise, and a strong command of ERP systems, including Microsoft D365, with a focus on compliance and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of Finance and Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in government contracting preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements.
• Manufacturing experience with a focus on inventory and costing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance activities including AP, AR, PP&E, inventory, banking, financial reporting, forecasting, program finance, and time reporting.
• Oversee weekly cash forecasting and monthly close and account reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to the corporate parent.
• Lead month-end close and maintain ERP data integrity and internal controls.
• Develop and optimize Accounting and Finance processes and procedures.
