Job summary

Kilgore Flares Company LLC (KFL) seeks a Controller to lead accounting operations, ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance, accurate financial reporting, and strong internal controls. The role oversees AP/AR, FP&A, inventory costing, and ERP, with responsibility for budgets and forecasts.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance within manufacturing, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics D365, UKG Kronos, and a track record of improving processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Finance/Accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in government contracting preferred.
• Manufacturing experience with inventory and costing focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance activities (AP, AR, PP&E, inventory).
• Oversee weekly cash forecasting and monthly close with data integrity.
• Provide timely reporting to corporate parent.
• Manage monthly budget variance analysis and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain accounting processes and controls.
