Job summary

LHH seeks an experienced Controller to become the senior finance leader for a North American unit within an international organization. Hybrid with flexibility, direct hire, and a compensation package that includes base pay plus a 10% target bonus.

The role oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, and controls while partnering with leaders on financial analysis and performance, including intercompany work and consolidation activities.

Qualifications

• CPA, Controller, or Assistant Controller preferred
• Multi-entity or multinational experience beneficial
• Strong revenue recognition knowledge, especially in recurring revenue
• ERP implementation or process improvement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit activities
• Oversee A/P, A/R, payroll, treasury, and internal controls
• Partner with leadership on financial analysis, profitability, and business performance
• Manage intercompany accounting, consolidations, and transfer pricing activities
• Support technical accounting and revenue recognition initiatives
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation projects
