Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Assistant Controller with international expertise to join our global finance team. You will oversee daily accounting operations, manage FX and multi-currency activities, and drive compliance with SOX, GAAP, and international standards.

The role requires 8–10 years in accounting/finance, a CPA is preferred, and you will collaborate across departments to deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for our global business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience supporting international operations and multi-currency activity.
• Proficiency with FX, international billing, transfer pricing, inventory controls, and financial accounting.
• Solid understanding of SOX, GAAP, and international accounting standards.
• Experience managing a team and collaborating across departments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting department operations including FX, currencies, transfer pricing, financial accounting, international billing, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and GAAP.
• Oversee international financial activities, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Review financial data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate budget planning, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Recommend improvements to systems and procedures and lead corrective actions.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
