Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 5+ years of Controller-level experience.
• Strong manufacturing accounting and cost analysis background.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems skills.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a smaller accounting team.

We’re partnering with an established global manufacturer to identify an experienced Controller for its Newport News, VA operation.

This is a key leadership role created as part of a planned retirement/succession, offering the opportunity to step into a stable operation and lead the local accounting function while working closely with both U.S. leadership and an international finance team.
