Job summary

Marmon-Herrington Company in Louisville, KY is seeking a Controller to lead the financial planning, accounting, and reporting functions. Qualifications

• Four-year degree in accounting is required.
• MBA/CPA completed or in progress preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of progressive accounting and managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform month end closing procedures under US GAAP.
• Review balance sheets, P&L, reconciliations, and financial reports and explain variances.
• Coordinate forecast data monthly/quarterly/annually and present to management/Board.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory control.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and support internal/external audits.
