Qualifications

• Leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure GAAP reporting.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements for management decisions.
• Coordinate external auditors and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX.
• Manage reinsurance program to minimize risk and maximize returns.
• Utilize Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to analyze data.
• Use Hyperion for financial consolidation and reporting.
• Ensure timely budget analysis and financial review.
• Advise management on financial objectives and actions.
