Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CPA with public accounting background.
• 10+ years of accounting leadership experience.
• Full ownership of close and general ledger.
• Experience with revenue recognition and internal controls.
• Experience with external audits and SOX readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting team and set clear expectations.
• Deliver US GAAP monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Improve the speed and reliability of the close.
• Strengthen internal controls and SOX readiness.
• Manage external auditors and tax advisers.
• Set accounting policy and prepare technical papers on revenue.
• Collaborate with FP&A, product and operations teams to improve data quality.
