Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial automation and controls engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience managing capital automation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder communication, and outage planning.
• Expert-level PLC programming and HMI/SCADA system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and process improvements to mitigate risk and expand capacity across sites.
• Drive automation standards, industry 4.0 initiatives, and connected manufacturing solutions (IIoT, MES, data infrastructure).
• Develop and optimize PLC logic, HMIs, data integration, and real-time decision support across global teams.
