- Experience managing capital automation projects, including scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder communication, and outage planning.
- Expert-level PLC programming and HMI/SCADA system proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety and process improvements to mitigate risk and expand capacity across sites.
- Drive automation standards, industry 4.0 initiatives, and connected manufacturing solutions (IIoT, MES, data infrastructure).
- Develop and optimize PLC logic, HMIs, data integration, and real-time decision support across global teams.
