Entegris is hiring a Senior Engineer, Control Systems for our Burnet, TX facility. You will lead control-system projects, troubleshoot production lines, and mentor shop-floor personnel while collaborating with suppliers and customers to improve reliability.

The role requires extensive PLC/HMI experience with Allen Bradley and Omron, plus depth in electrical schematics, P&ID drawings, and automation strategies. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Formación

• Electrical Engineering or applicable degree is desired.
• Chemical manufacturing or semiconductor controls experience.
• Experience with Chemical Synthesis and Distillation preferred.
• Experience in PLC/HMI programming on Allen Bradley and Omron.
• Experience with Allen Bradley RSView32, Panelbuilder32, FactoryTalk View, RSLogix, and RSLInx.
• Experience with Omron CX-One and NT series tools.
• FB/SFC programming experience preferred.
• Allen Bradley PlantPAX programming experience preferred.
• Allen Bradley LBSM programming experience desired.
• Networking experience with Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485.
• Experience with SCADA systems and OPC servers.
• Visual Basic programming experience.
• Knowledge of power distribution, cabinets, instrumentation.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a safety-first culture across equipment, processes, and behavior.
• Lead department direction in collaboration with senior staff and management.
• Respond to internal customer concerns with technical competence.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and mentor factory personnel.
• Lead projects to expand capacity or improve existing products.
• Maintain control system documentation and SOPs.
• Provide troubleshooting support for current systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs; create/read/update electrical schematics and P&ID drawings.
• Validate software revisions with minimal manufacturing impact.
• Develop automation strategies to improve productivity on the shop floor.
• Manage the site PLC project list with contractor support as needed.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
