You will design, implement, and optimize OT hardware, instrumentation, and cybersecurity solutions while advancing automation standards and digital manufacturing initiatives. The role offers exposure to Rockwell, Ignition, MES platforms, and data analytics, with opportunities for cross-site collaboration and strategic growth in

Qualifications

• B.S. Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical).
• 7+ years in industrial automation/controls in manufacturing.
• Experience managing capital automation projects with scope, schedule and budget accountability.
• Expert-level PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, VFDs and motion control.
• Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
• Knowledge of electrical distribution, cabinets, and instrumentation selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of OT hardware and software.
• Drive safety culture and risk mitigation through automation improvements.
• Oversee capital projects from justification to commissioning and qualification.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and ROI analyses for digital manufacturing.
• Collaborate across global sites to standardize architecture and practices.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis for downtime and quality issues.
