Job summary

Modular Mission Critical™ at M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks a skilled Control Technician 4 to fabricate control panels, install field wiring, and commission procedures for panels and instrumentation.

You will troubleshoot, calibrate, document, and update drawings, while maintaining tools and safety standards. Training of new hires and adherence to NEC/UL508A standards are essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years in a shop environment with a high school diploma or GED, plus CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a shop environment with a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification within six months of hire; maintain thereafter.
• Ability to read control circuits, schematics, and BOMs per NEC/UL508A standards.
• Pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble control panels following instructions and diagrams.
• Install, wire, and test PLCs, VFDs, and solid-state components.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and document panel performance; update drawings.
• Maintain shop tools and ensure compliance with company procedures.
