Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks a Control Technician 4 to fabricate control panels, install and commission panels in the field, and troubleshoot instruments. You will document completed work and ensure accuracy of drawings and BOMs.

The role requires strong knowledge of control circuits, aspirin NEC/UL508A standards, and the ability to read schematics. Lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and multitasking in industrial environments are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a shop environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification within six months of hire (Company provided).
• Pass a background investigation and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assemble control panels following instructions and diagrams.
• Fabricate, wire, test, and install control panels and field instrumentation.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for ordering, storing, receiving, and returning materials and tools.
