Collins Aerospace seeks a Principal Specialist, Contracts (Remote) to provide contractual guidance and manage government contracts under FAR/DFARS. The role involves negotiations, proposal analysis, and maintaining strong customer relationships in a remote, United States-based setting.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in contracts management of U.S. Government contracts under the FAR and/or DFARS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide contractual guidance to cross functional partners to meet customer obligations, achieve company goals, and comply with company policies.
• Represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work with customers to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Support the analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP), development and negotiation of proposals, contractual agreements, and contract administration.
• Manage contractual scope and terms to ensure compliance of the contract.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues.
• Coordinate with internal/external customer program team.
• Adhere to corporate procedures and compliance documentation.
• Disseminate customer contractual requirements within the organization.
• Liaise between internal and external customers and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
