The role involves researching federal procurement laws, developing guidance, and collaborating with internal teams on compliance matters. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of related experience (or 5+ with an advanced degree) and a strong background in government contracting.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 8+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracting or related regulatory environments.

Responsabilités

• Research and interpret federal procurement laws and regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.).
• Develop and maintain compliance guidance, processes, and metrics.
• Work cross-functionally to address routine compliance questions and activities.
• Draft and update compliance reference materials and job aids.
• Assist in responding to internal inquiries on government contract compliance.
• Support special compliance initiatives and projects.
