Collins Aerospace is seeking a Contracts Manager for Interiors to advise on contractual matters and negotiate complex customer contracts. This remote role supports government and commercial contracts and collaborates with program management teams on technical and contractual aspects.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and the ability to manage multiple high‑volume projects while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience.
• Advanced degree (e.g. JD) preferred with 5+ years experience.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and represent the organization on contractual matters.
• Ensure all contractual activities meet corporate policies.
• Review government and commercial RFPs, identify requirements, assist in proposal development.
• Negotiate and execute complex customer contracts.
• Identify risks and offer mitigation in contracts.
• Support program management teams and understand technical aspects of products.
• Provide strategic analysis and advice on contractual topics.
• Prepare documentation for legal negotiations and relationships.
• Maintain accurate contract records per department standards.
• Manage high-volume projects of varying complexity.
• Support business travel up to 10%.
