Averitas Pharma is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts & Pricing Strategy in Morristown, NJ, to lead pricing and contracting initiatives across Managed Care, Commercial, Government, and Distribution channels.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Market Access to shape contract structures, monitor regulatory changes, and drive pricing excellence while ensuring patient access and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, pricing analytics, and contract systems.
• Minimum 7 years in pricing strategy, payer contracts, and rebate administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and contracting strategies across multiple channels to meet objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle from development to renewal and governance.
• Partner with Market Access, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Provide guidance on pricing implications of business decisions with compliance in mind.
• Identify risks and drive improvements to ensure audit-ready documentation.
