Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience or Master’s with 8 years.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI access.
• Strong contract management technical knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• NCMA certification (CPCM/CFCM/CCCM)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration, extension, and negotiation of OU contracts.
• Conduct customer contact activities to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment.
• Lead a team of contract professionals.
• Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate and present risk and mitigation plans; advise senior leadership of contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyze data; establish infrastructure for historical information.
• Implement policy and procedures, interview candidates, and support functional growth and development.
• May be required to travel to support customer and company engagements.
