Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end contracts management from capture to administration. You will advise cross-functional partners and coordinate with customers to ensure compliant, successful contract performance.

The role requires navigating complex negotiations and governance structures, with responsibilities spanning proposals, terms, and obligations in a dynamic defense and space context.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree from an accredited college, or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in negotiating, managing, and/or closing out commercial and/or US Government contracts.
• US Citizenship required; candidate must hold Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Perform contracts management across the full lifecycle: capture, proposal through award and administration.
• Provide business advice and coordinate with cross-functional partners (program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, HR, accounting, compliance).
• Interact with Customer buying representatives and manage contracts to support business goals and objectives.
• Ensure contractual compliance with laws, regulations, and Delegation of Authority requirements.
