Job summary

CACI is seeking a Contracts Administrator to provide comprehensive contract support for the Space Line of Business. You will manage multiple contract portfolios, respond to customer requests, and coordinate proposal submissions to secure favorable and compliant outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 3–5+ years of federal contracting experience, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 to 5+ years direct contract management experience, federal government focus.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and multiple contract types.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple contracts portfolios, ensuring customer satisfaction, strong financial performance and risk mitigation.
• Maintain engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, understand SOWs and contract requirements.
• Prepare proposal submittal documents and ensure full responsiveness to customer requirements.
• Coordinate responses to RFIs and fact-finding to strengthen proposals.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to reach favorable agreements quickly.
• Oversee contract performance, schedules and deliverables; ensure program satisfaction.
• Review contracts to protect company posture and ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with technical staff and program office to address customer requests.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers to communicate, negotiate and modify contracts.
