Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree from an accredited college or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Contracts or proposal or finance experiences or anything else related

Responsibilities

• Perform contracts management across the spectrum of actions from capture through proposal, contract award, and administration.
• Provide business advice and coordinate with program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance.
• Serve as authorized, empowered representative for the Company interfacing with Customer buying representatives.
• Coordinate solutions to contractual issues and customer concerns related to company performance.
• Ensure contractual compliance with laws, regulations, Delegation of Authority and approval requirements.
• Lead and support audits with internal and external teams to verify compliance.
• Collect contractual data and compile reports for corporate and business area requests.
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position.
