Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a contracts professional to lead the development, implementation, and execution of classified contracts in the UMS portfolio within MIC2. You will manage end-to-end lifecycle contracts, negotiate terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect program interests and drive growth.

The role requires extensive FAR/DFARS knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and eligibility for a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading contract negotiations and closeout processes.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and negotiation techniques.
• Experience with government contracts and security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of classified contracts.
• Negotiate terms, manage FAR/DFARS compliance and risk.
• Coordinate with program management, legal, finance and subcontracts.
• Develop contingency plans and mitigate contract risks.
