Job summary

You will supervise engagements across capture, negotiations, awards, and performance, while ensuring compliance and strong relationships with customers and internal partners.

The role requires excellent writing and communication skills, experience with US Government contracts, and the ability to influence senior leadership while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Effective written and spoken communication skills.
• Understanding of contractual and financial concepts and principles.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and assist the company in achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract solicitations, capture efforts, negotiations, and award processes with program, finance, legal, engineering, and other functional partners.
• Serve as the authorized Company representative to customer buying officials, fostering effective relationships and managing contract performance.
• Ensure contractual compliance with all laws, regulations, and Delegation of Authority requirements; lead internal and external audits.
• Collect contractual data, compile reports for corporate and Business Area requests, and develop training on contract best practices.
• Provide business advice and guidance to cross‑functional teams to resolve contractual issues and address customer concerns.
