Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts - Data Center to lead contract management for large-scale data center projects in a fast-paced energy and utilities environment. You will partner with procurement, legal, operations, and project teams to ensure commercial rigor, risk allocation, and timely execution.

Based remotely in the United States, you will standardize processes and agreements to enable efficient delivery, while negotiating EPC and design-build contracts and supporting change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of contract management experience within data center or large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record in negotiating and administering EPC and design-build contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial risk allocation.
• Proficiency in contract management software like Procore and MS Office.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value contracts in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts - Data Center to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will lead contract management for large-scale data center projects, with a focus on commercial rigor, risk allocation, and timely execution. You will partner closely with procurement, legal, operations, and project teams to support complex project delivery. The position is responsible for helping standardize processes and agreements that enable efficient, high-value construction work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 annually
