Ladders is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle in a remote-first setup in the United States. The role focuses on drafting, execution, governance, and audit readiness while partnering with Legal and Sourcing to standardize templates and assess risk.

You will support supplier performance and compliance in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract management or legal operations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract terms, and IP licensing.
• Experience with CLM software such as DocuSign CLM.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from drafting to execution.
• Establish a centralized Contract Lifecycle Management system for audit readiness.
• Monitor contract milestones and performance obligations with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Legal to standardize contract templates and risk assessments.
• Ensure supplier compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Resolve disputes in partnership with Sourcing and Legal.
