Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, procurement or related field
• 7–10 years in procurement, operations, negotiations, contract management or related fields
• Strong understanding of contract types and scope from a business perspective
• High level of critical thinking and problem solving; autonomous work style
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and customer service track record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal and termination
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements in local and international contexts
• Identify and mitigate risks in contract terms for facility management and design/construction
• Ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements for renewals, amendments and terminations
• Conduct training sessions on contract management best practices
• Provide guidance to project teams during the contract lifecycle
• Report on and improve key metrics through contract management systems
