• Draft, review, and negotiate wide range of agreements in local and international contexts from a business operations perspective.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in contract terms for facility management and design/construction contracts.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements for contract renewals/amendments.
• Conduct training sessions on contract management best practices and continuous improvement.
